Veggie Kabobs

VEGGIE KABOBS Ingredients: Zucchini Yellow squash Tomatoes Mushrooms Small colorful peppers Sea salt and pepper to taste Skewers Directions: 1. Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes. 2. Clean and cut squash, tomatoes, peppers and mushrooms into pieces. The small peppers work great for kabobs! 3. When skewers are ready, put veggies on skewers. 4. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, season and place on grill.
